I know that channel … 5 minutes of movie, 7 minutes of commercials, and repeat. The ones I get a kick out of, though, are when they show a half hour of the movie before the first commercial break so you’ll feel invested in watching without changing the channel, then 15 minutes of movie before the next commercial break, then move into the 5 minutes of movie/7 minutes of commercials pattern.
And that is exactly what happens. A movie interrupts the commercial. I am beginning to stop looking at TV. 15 minutes of commercials and 2 minutes of the movie.

There really was a Shop-Rite store near us when I was a girl. Malls didn’t exist then. I’m old.
