I wouldn’t camp overnight in my backyard, not in my neighborhood. It’s safer camping in the woods, surrounded by bears and mountain lions.
Sleeping outdoors was not his in tent.
Marm is afraid of the dark.
Marm is no fool ……. he knows ……………… he has the pick of the beds ….. ;)
She’s not kidding, either. With the size of a kid’s bed, Marm is going to need to push them all together to fit on them.

He didn’t find hearing an owl to be much of a hoot.
