This reminds me of Victor Borge’s hilarious “Phonetic Punctuation”, in which he substitutes Sound Effects for the Punctuation in a Story. I loved the way the story ended:
“Suddenly he was gone and all she heard was the familiar sound of his departing horse.(Phut!) .(Phut!) .(Phut!)”
