I remember the first review I got working as an “associate” at a hardware/lumber yard. My supervisor talked for 5 minutes on how great he was and how the higher ups didn’t appreciate him then told me I’d get a 25 cent an hour increase for" my good work I was doing." An interesting place to work but I had fun!
They came up with a 360 degree review process at work and I thought that us worker bees would have input to supervision and management’s reviews. Nope, it meant that supervisors other than our own could have input to our reviews.
