    I would have thought a jack-in-the-box would be more likely to lose to the health department rather than foreclosure, but I guess it is still a teddy bear market…..

    Nah, Jack in the Box has cleaned up their act (I think).

    Poor Jack, now he’ll have to settle for a cardboard box.
