Earlier this week my wife wore herself to a frazzled peeling gutting and chopping up a large pumpkin from our garden. The reward was a pumpkin pie and a large pot of pumpkin soup – YUM!!

After you spill your guts, look at what becomes of your innards! Yum! (Yes, I know canned pumpkin is squash)

Anyone else out there like pumpkin seeds …?

They both should be happy they didn’t end up on Hickok45s YouTube channel.

Be careful what you wish for….you’re a real cut-up but the pie is a hot mess!
