Andy (on phone): Peter, thank goodness you answered. Peter: Mom, what's wrong? Andy: I have to be somewhere in 10 minutes and I need the car. Peter: I'm on my way home. I just pulled onto Elm Street. Andy: Elm Street? Peter, how many times do I have to tell you not to talk on the phone while driving? Peter: Won't happen again.

Well, there is a movie called “Nightmare on Elm Street”. All I know about it is that it’s a horror story and that the villain is (possibly) named Freddie.

I think she’s mad because they don’t live on Elm Street. So she is yelling at him to not be on the phone because it distracts him, but SHE’S the one who called him. It’s her fault he’s on the phone. Sorry about the wording.
