Well, technically, all humans are related, if you go back a few thousand years we all have the same ancestor. So yes, Beethoven and Washington were related, just not closely.

I’m sure the way they looked alike to Lucy anyway, was the similar clothing and the similar hairlines or hairstyles, of Washington’s and Beethoven’s respective eras.
