Why is she saying “JULY FOOL!” when it’s not even July 1? I mean, first time I saw this cartoon, my first thought was it was July 1(patterned after April Fools’ Day, of course)but I was wrong. Oh, well, perhaps Lucy thought she would say it , anyway, since it was July, at least, and the trick she pulls on him, is reminiscent of April Fools’ Day, naturally.
