i know someone who has a link on his computer to see the outside camera at the church at the corner from where he lives so he knows what the weather is like –
I can look out the window at the weather, but here in Kansas, the temperature can easily be 20 degrees different than the day befoe. So I DO check the weather on the internet before dressing to go outside. (Especially helpful if leaving for a few hours, so I know whether tornadoes, rain, snow, ice, or whatever is predicted.)
My sons rarely go outside to play, but since I allow them to run on the stairs, they get plenty of exercise in a house with 4 stories.
