    All she had to do was say, “Thank-you.” Apparently that’s too hard for her. Why does she always have to be such a pain? Being polite isn’t usually physically painful.

    serenaskitty, the answer is *No*. We men want to be noticed when we do housework, otherwise it feels like we did it for nothing. And believe me, men do not do housework for nothing.

    I once spent three days cleaning the garage while my wife was away. When she got home she wanted to know why there was still 4 boxes that had not been tossed - of the 20 that I sorted, tossed, gave away. No respect, no credit.
