GAK! That reflects more on the librarian than on Lio. She’s sweet, loving and a very bad judge of character.

This reminds me of my dream to become a librarian…sigh… =)

At least it isn’t ‘Twilight’.

Lio’s librarian has clearly not been keeping up.

Lio, kid, c’mere. I’ve got a copy of Donnio’s I Really Want to Eat a Child that’s been waiting for you. And after that, Kara LaReau’s Ugly Fish.

Or if he wants a more humorus take on vampires, he can read “Bloodsucking Fiends” & “You Suck” by Chris Moore.

I’ve heard its quite a good book and movie, mostly girls reccomend it to me, but the guys who read it get A LOT of attention for it, I think i’d read it just for that. ;)

Mom would give me a stupid book like that thing Lio got.

Maybe Lio should bring in one of his vampire friends to show her what he means. Also, I belive this to be a lesson on how modern day adults tend to a) dumb things down for even the smartest of kids and teens, and b) believe that all children are sweet and innocent. Neither of which are necessarially true. And if that isn’t what the comic was meant for, it’s still way funny.
