Dear ol’ Dad must be a VERY sound sleeper if getting a tattoo doesn’t wake him up.
if the sound of the tatoo gun does not wake him up the pain will.
The words “rude awakening” come to mind.

Dad should never go to sleep unless Lio is strapped down, locked in, and heavily sedated. And his squid too.
