Somehow, this reminds me of how the Republicans conducted themselves in the last election. Fumble about smartly and then come up with the least likely candidate to run as a Republican. The only good part about that was if, due to advanced age, the candidate died in office - God forbid it would be so - he’d be replaced by a VP who actually was a Republican and espoused Republican values. The VP candidate wasn’t qualified to serve you say? Well, neither is Obama and it shows too.
Yup, Ray, it’s Grammar Spaz Attack Time for me too. Whom is an object, who is a subject. Sorry, everyone, I had to, just ignore the drooling grammar Nazis and enjoy the strip.
I know several upstanding Druids and Taranis-worshippers, who would strongly resent ANY implication that Sarah Palin belongs in any Bronze Age religious context, except possibly as a human sacrifice. And not even that, except in an emergency or for demonstration purposes to a group of seminary students.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand your post. Are you saying you’re responsible for the error?
In any case, I’m sorry if I came off like a “drooling Grammar Nazi.” Looking back, it does sound mean-spirited.
I’m still remembering Pat Paulsen for President. Pogo too. Either one would make a great Veep for the other.
To certain people above: name-calling and stereotypes are some of the biggest barriers to learning truth, winning friends and influencing people there are. Please cease and desist, unless you’re as skilled as Berkeley Breathed in pointing out the inanity of the human condition.
(And if that comes acroos as a drooling whatever…well, it sorta kinda is meant to, begging everyone’s pardon. I hate barriers to truth.)

Church committees work the same way. NEVER step out of the room for any reason.

“Whom”…had recently been dispatched…? Another feeble attempt to sound learned produces a grammatical error.

Palin had never in her life took a Republican or even a conservative breath in her life.
Neocon (communist) … yes.
Evangelical (Bronze Age) … yes.
But she VIOLATED every single tenet of the RNC’s Republican Oath.
