I hereby declare a state of anarchy and the government disbanded (Which is more efficient than our current state of chaos with the government in session.). So let’s everybody stand up and party down! (And don’t bring tea to the party.)

That would only be 75% of the people. All conservative people liked Palin.
People who vote for a bum might also be willing to vote for a penguin, so the Meadow Party’s got at least some votes.
