Actually, although I hate to admit it, I think Steve’s onto something here. I’d add something into that agreement about “reasonable and well-mannered” as well.

Steve, Steve, Steve. Let me set you straight on a couple of things:
(a) All babies are ugly, and there’s no guarantee that they’ll grow out of it; some just don’t.
(b) Every mother thinks that her kids are beautiful and wonderful, regardless of any evidence to the contrary.
