Since Bill the Cat was originally a graft of Bill Gates and a cat, I would presume that “Bill the Cat Brand Kitty Litter” is a statement of opinion of the value of the aforementioned Bill Gate’s brand.
Ya know, for once Steve didn’t bring a misery upon himself. Opus signed him up for the contest without his knowledge, and he went along with it without really being much of a jerkface throughout. He was a trouper…at least for Steve.
This isn’t a “just desserts” story…it’s actually a tragedy!
