It was a ‘Wendy’s’ commercial - a sweet looking little old lady with a voice like a drill sergeant demanding a proper burger from competitors.
The commercial did the back then version of ‘going viral’. T-shirt slogans and all that.
Aha! So Opus was the one who arranged for Clara to do that spaghetti sauce ad, and ended her career! Rock on, Opus!
Why didn’t Walter Mondale think of that?
