Dueler_2000, not only can it see Pluto, but Plutoâs moon!! And with maybe a six inch aperture.
The guys at Palomar must be eating their hearts out.
And I bet they canât see Mary Louâs moon either..
No no, yer both wrong! Jupiterâs got phases, but ya ainât gonna see âem from here! Ya gots to hang out with them Klingons âround Uranus to see âem!
quit hating on Pluto. still a planet, i donât care who says otherwise. just cause the poor guy is a little mass challenged, no cause to go disrespecting on him. least he ainât just a big ball of gas!
Itâs more like a pair of moons. The Uranus Empire expanded.
Planet means wanderer. Pluto is more of a wanderer, thus more of a planet. Given size, proximity & tidal lock, Iâd call Mercury the Sunâs moon. Precise, exclusionary, definition ranks up there in silliness with race. (Or astronomical scat humor.)

âSince the only rough definition of a Moon is an object orbiting a Planet, Pluto has no Moons, since it is no longer a Planet.â
