I always wanted to ask someone why the dandelions had gone to seed in what I take to be the early spring. The yellow flowers wouldn’t scatter like that, they are well attached. Anyone acquainted with this plant knows that they would be yellow flowers in the spring, not balls of fluffy seeds, scattering to the winds upon the insertion of a belly flopper.

^Phillip, danke, but it’s the concept of dandelions, the fluffy, cushy blanket to just flop down in without any hazard.
And when did life ever make sense?

When the little flowers are blooming here, they are often visited by bees. Sure wouldn’t want to hurtle them.
