Funny. I used to enjoy nearly every aspect of hunting, except for the part about killing something. But then I came from generations of people who viewed hunting as just part of the process of keeping food on the family table.
Being a vegetarian and a pacifist, I can say that I have no problem with my brothers and father who hunt. As has been stated, they just care that you don’t waste anything. (And, this is STILL a funny strip! Do they like ’em bbqed or sloooow-roasted? lol)
