I beg to differ. I am a believer, with no doubts. But I see the humor, and usually enjoy it, because I know how stupid, ignorant, misguided, “pick your own adjective”, or whatever people can be. And, no, I’m not referring to necessarily to non-believers, but to believers.
And the parodies are nearly always about the misinterpretations believers have, not what I perceive to be truth. Just for example: 6,0000 years. It wasn’t the “world” that was created that long ago, but the “age”. It was the beginning of the seed line that would produce the messiah. It was the beginning of the story
