Ah, union workers. People that feel they’re the ONLY ones that should be allowed to work anywhere. If not, you’re labeled a scab. Last I knew, they have families to support also.
Typical union job. One welder does 22 pipe welds in a shift and the other does 2 of which one fails the x-ray. Both get the same paycheck. In my experience of 42 years at it they breed nothing but mediocrity with a sense of entitlement.
Remember when they had replacement NFL football players in 1987? Those non-union guys were awesome. Most everyone agreed the quality of play was better and those guys never held out or complained about pay. This demonstrates how good American management can be over our most beloved American business. More businesses should be run this way!
