Huey: So if the democrats are the "Justice League," does that make Bush and Cheney "The Joker" and "Lex Luthor," respectively? Ok, that's creepy.
TV: Hahhahaha hahahahah ha!!!!
First of all, what does President Obama have to do with this strip? Second of all, when has Aaron McGruder ever stated that criticizing President Obama is racist? Third, when was Bush/Cheney’s race ever mentioned? Fourth, if you’ve read this strip enough, you know that McGruder has criticized Al Sharpton, Bill Cosby, Whoopi Goldberg and others. My guess is that he isn’t racist (or that if he is, it doesn’t show up in the comic strip at any point). Fifth, if you haven’t seen the show, watch the episode ’It’s A Black President, Huey Freeman’. The episode defends those who fairly critique Obama, as well as those who were indifferent to his election. David MCQueen, it seems you were upset with this strip, and were trying to incorrectly label someone using strawmans.

If criticizing Obama is racist, then criticizing Bush/Cheney must also be racist. Aaron McGruder, therefore, is a racist. QED

Criticizing Bush because he was stupid as a stump is not racist; neither is criticizing Cheney because he’s a heartless chickenhawk jerk.
