…several years ago, during the Toronto mayoralty race, the candidates were asked “have you ever smoked marijuana?” (Nobody cares as much up here – I suspect the question was somewhat facetious) – best answer from one candidate was “Yes, but I never exhaled…” The crowd loved it!…
