Kovaleski is proving the point i was making yesterday – look at all the different faces. And body shapes. I don’t mean to criticize anyone else, but one of my favorite other strips, which is generally well drawn and funny, has basically just two female faces, and it’s hard to tell the characters apart.
Koveleski also is very good at showing the kinds of human vulnerabilities which turn us all into slightly weird eccentric obsessive paranoid compulsives. Well, speaking for myself, I guess.
