File the complaint in the circular file cabinet.
Tell the customer that you’ve referred it to the appropriate department for immediate action.
Thank her for brining the matter to your attention.
Try to keep a straight face.
OK, dear readers, I need your opinion. Is there a typo in the first panel? I wouldn’t put it past me. With two editors and my wife proofreading, things would still slip by. (I don’t blame them - I blame me.)
I didn’t see a typo, John.
Nope to typos. You’re clear John!
This sums up 35 hours of my life per week, very succinctly.
Just wondering if “complaint” should have been plural. Thanks.
Complaint (singlular) is correct, John, if you’re referring to the stack of paper.
I *do* have a problem with sentences that don’t start with capitals. (OK, I’m just kidding.)
