Ana’s party was LONG but okay. lot of noise 3 kids and alot of bossy noise adults who did nothing but sit down and eat and talk. I did all kinds of stuff. walked in the door started helping with the cooking then took over form there it seems. the only thing Ana’s Godmother did was be all in the way for the pictures and helping her open the gifts she was just in the middle of everything. she bugged me. the food was okay the gifts were cute she loves them i got her a bday hat and a drumset her mom hates me for that. LOL :D she had fun. got lots of gifts ate lots of food. it went pretty good. she is now eatting with my dad now. again this child has not stoped eatting all day.

Tabby your story about Ana and her big mouth reminded me of my neice’s little girl [then 4] last Christmas. She started picking and grazing as soon as she walked in the door, ate dinner, then spent the rest of the day picking and grazing. She was more interested in the veggies than the candy, but she didn’t stop eating all day. I don’t know where she put it all.

good to see you folks (in a manner of speaking). i imagine the young man is caught up in real life, but i wanted to note his Red Wings were beaten in part by a player i’ve had the pleasure of watching for the last couple of years while he played junior hockey. not that Matt Duchene will see this, but i’m glad he scored his first NHL goal. too bad my beloved Leafs lost (again). SIGH!

hi Marg i like a lot of the old movies. BC13, EMET, and a couple of others were doing a ‘guy movie’ thing a couple of days ago on another strip, which i didn’t bother getting in on because most ‘guy’ movies bore me. i like old movies. swashbucklers, westerns, a lot of the comedies, and musicals.

cool idea about the pink newspaper, too. when i was in university, we printed a st patrick’s day issue (the regular print date for our weekly faculty newsletter came out on Mar 17th) on green paper and altered everyone’s names to “O’whoever” to make them look more irish. it’s certainly an attention getter when you do something in that vein.
