I forgot to mention filling containers like cottage cheese and sour cream sized with water and freezing them. Then you can drop them in a dishpan of cold water and it stays colder longer. It helps me when it is too hot. In the summer I usually keep one ready to go at my computer and in front of the sink in the kitchen.
I didn’t count how many times Lewreader posted the same comment but it was enough to make me think that things had picked up when I was able to log back in again.
Ladywolf - I’m always busy, but today wasn’t too bad. Only one load of laundry, answer accounting questions, watch the algebra lesson & do ten problems. Considering some of my days, this one was pretty relaxing. Good thing, as this wasn’t a good day for walking any distance. Seems like the more my heart rate goes up, the more dizzy I get.

I forgot to mention filling containers like cottage cheese and sour cream sized with water and freezing them. Then you can drop them in a dishpan of cold water and it stays colder longer. It helps me when it is too hot. In the summer I usually keep one ready to go at my computer and in front of the sink in the kitchen.

Ladywolf - I’m always busy, but today wasn’t too bad. Only one load of laundry, answer accounting questions, watch the algebra lesson & do ten problems. Considering some of my days, this one was pretty relaxing. Good thing, as this wasn’t a good day for walking any distance. Seems like the more my heart rate goes up, the more dizzy I get.
