Dept computer hardware people took them a while, I guess a lot of work had to be done but finally up and running. I noticed some changes already. Less to remove on sheets, I believe scaner was to remove unwanted documents on its own. Never did that before. When machine uploads percentage of being complete is gone. Thats fine so it uploads for future references. Already past documents are needed from past persons.

They make official type lists of books that should be avoided or banned for whatever reason. Then readership and sales of those books go up. Do you think it is a conspiracy by the authors? Or maybe the book banners just aren’t bright enough to realize the effect they have?

@Sojo, it was from a novel: “It was a dark and stormy night; the rain fell in torrents–except at occasional intervals, when it was checked by a violent gust of wind which swept up the streets (for it is in London that our scene lies), rattling along the housetops, and fiercely agitating the scanty flame of the lamps that struggled against the darkness.” Edward George Bulwer-Lytton, Paul Clifford (1830)

And, yes, Snoopy was often seen typing this line to start a story…

Gee Doc, How do you survive? I mean you go to work and do your job. Eventually you earn time off, and what do you do………

    You work!

You’re going to need a vacation from your vacation.

Hello all taking a small break. Tell Big Bestest Sister/LuvChaos name is cool she getting ready for big Halloween. Hello there Lonewolf, Little Sister and Doctor Toon sorry when you have so much fun off work time flies. I never get a vacation, trying to pay down soandso cc. Little Sister are you receiving help with college work? I have been receiving help for Psychology class, I type up and use internet just change a little bit of wording. Not sure of tests we are allowed 3 hours and believe me 3hours goes too fast. When I’m not sure what test is talking about and too much to study for, if I get at least 3 or 4 right out of 20 I know F but I feel hey I got something. I at least print up test page for later and for definately research to see where I went wrong.

Your so lucky to have family to work with you. I don’t. No family on either side cares to communicate. One family member who managed to pull it off pass away 10 years ago.

My aunts have even offered to take me to their work, so that I could see first hand what they do.

Of course they have to get permission from their bosses first.

Where I work at that is impossible to bring a family member up. I don’t want to say where or what type that is why I just refer as dept. Soon to be former boss won’t let the Admin Assist see how she does billing or ordering. Not the same pay level nor am I full time. Until he retires in Dec he has been reasigned to a different dept to get them up to certain standards.

I wish you the best on it. I told my hubby my mistake was not higher education and long before I met him. No computers back then and parent’s would not help. Student loan would be hugh back then as now. Your young you will get it. By the way how fast do you type and do you use 10key? Me I’m not a speed typer. Lucky to get 60wpm my job doesn’t use a lot of typing skills.

It’s nearing 11:30pm here past bed time. Two subjects near future then Nov I might take Understanding Psychology again with an English course. I hope they keep same text for Psy. Good night all. This will take me to next year as both classes end in Dec.

I say I’m average speed I’m not quite up to 60 words a minute, but I’m close I can do about 52 to 53 words a minutes and thats with few mistakes if I’m lucky.

I do have one bad habit that I need to break, and that is looking at my hands. My teacher says that once I get over that then my speed will improve. I’m just so afraid of messing up bad, and I am a little nervous.
