Can anyone make a good Hollandaise Sauce? I’ve never made eggs benedict at home……….

Booktrout, you can find several recipes for Hollandaise Sauce with reviews on the internet if you just google Hollandaise sauce. They have web sites devoted to sharing recipes and the people who share and try the recipes will often review them. I’ve never made Eggs Benedict either, good luck.

Hi, friends! – I’m having major headaches with gocomics – super slow! I can’t get into Big Top directly with my bookmarked link, I have to get here through a few more clicks. Each click takes as long as it did when I had dial-up. Snoozeville.Doc – I hope you have transportation soon!

I’ve got all my Christmas shopping done, and everything that’s here wrapped up. Only one more to arrive via UPS. I’m not decorating, and since we aren’t going to FL this year (Hurray!), I’m spending the time I usually spent on those tasks organizing my junk, and sorting out what I can get rid of. At least I’m able to do the work, as long as I rest every so often (like now). I probably won’t post again until gocomics is working better for me.

Good evening all. I had trouble with GC myself this morning still having a little more trouble. We have some rain coming in Monday changing to snow not sure of accumlation. Just hope ground is still warm enough to melt. Also have medical appointment Tuesday late morning. Kinda dawned on me getting closer to Christmas.
