Update for those who are curious: the Sheriff served us with official notice of an August 4th Sheriff’s Sale on our house today. The Attorney is still waiting to hear from Bank of New York about loss mitigation. We can apply for two two-week extensions under New Jersey law, which we’re going to do since they’re dragging their feet.
