@ puppybreath, Dry, Shikamoo, Greg Trail and any others who want to know how insert graphics: I went through all the old posts and located **x_Tech**’s original instructions (2/4), additional instructions re: photobucket on 2/8 from x_Tech, and re-typed (by me) instructions from me to puppybreath at the end of the evening’s posts on 2/15.

I also copied and pasted all the instructions into my email file, so, anybody who can’t find them in the posts can let my know and I’ll copy them onto a post here.

It does not take a long time to figure this out : 5-15 minutes at the most, if you take it one step at a time and don’t look at the whole thing and get overwhelmed. If I can do it, any of you can, too! No more excuses!!!

Ice cream got me thinking of brownies. I love a hot brownie, just out of the oven with vanilla ice cream melting around it.

with all the recipes going around, i wonder if anybody would be interested in a refrigerator pineapple cheese cake recipe. it can be made low sugar and low fat, and is still good. its also a wonderful summer treat.

Well, I just spent about three hours working on a new I’m a Dillo cartoon, but today my computer just decided it wants to ruin my file and now I have to start over…I’m not feeling very bold right now. More like deflated.

Oh dear after gaining weight with all the food now ice cream.After reading the strip and all the comments I ran to the bathroom…I’m Lactose intolerent:-P

NEVER, EVER mention ICE CREAM around serena!

dissolve one box of lemon jello in one cup of boiling watter. (sugar free works.) put it in the refrigerator. it will be ready to use when it is the consistency of egg whites .meanwhile ,drain one can of crushed pineapple. (don’t use fresh.) well drained.cream together one cup of sugar (or Splenda, or any other sucralose sweetener) and one block/pack of cream cheese. (low fat is O.K.. don’t use fat free)mix your pineapple and cream cheese/sugar mix together.when the lemon jello is ready add it to pineapple/cream cheese/sugar.when it is just mixed, (don’t over do it) fold in one container of cool whip. (again, low fat is O.K.. fat free is not .)poor it into a prepared graham cracker crust. (if you bake your crust, COOL it very well first.)refrigerate it until it is set. overnight is best. garnish with graham cracker crumbs or pineapple chunks.mom tried to make it fat free once and it did not set up. i use a store bought crust, just to make it easy. switch out the jello and fruit and it also works with strawberries. an aunt made it with mandarin oranges once. i have made it with wild blackberries, and once with apple pie fillingmom got the recipe something like 60 years ago, and it has evolved over time. before cool whip what you did was chill your beaters, and bowl, and whip up a can of condensed milk. (not fat free then.)my uncle once told mom that she could not visit my aunt unless mom brought a cheese cake when she visited.: D

I’m thinking of all my sweet toothed friends and feeling a bit sorry for Sugie because of her lactose intolerence, Bummer!!! In my life, Ice Cream rules the world! All right, that may be overstated but, boy oh boy, I can sure put it away given the chance.
