morning everyone!happy, happy, happy!!!where in heavenâs name IS everyone?face it Fergus. youâre not cut out for school. go back to house work⊠: )
morninâ!hate to bring this up steve & stel, but itâs STILL a no go. quotes on either side or not:
<a href=http:â//www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1c4QZGQw5oâ (plus the < / a > thingie).it does not workâŠâŠI use a Mac not PC; does that make a difference?this is my last question on this before I throw up my hands and move on, since life is so short and this is not way up on the priorities list(you didnât sense any frustration on that last line did you?).âpreciate itâ
Good morning kids. Hope it turns out good for everyone..No Fergus a number isnât something you can eat. Maggie will regret this in the long division of life..Good luck nighthawks. I sympathize with you, as you can see still no avatar, these are truly frustrating machines. Just resist the urge to toss it out the window.:-)
StelBel talking about the bugs yesterday, my son is currently on antibiotics for a tick bite that made a rash. The doc didnât think it was Lyme disease, but put him on 2 tsp 2xday just to be on the safe side. We live in 17 wooded acres and even though the dog has stuff on him to keep the bugs at bay, a few of the little rascals snuck in and penetrated my defenses. Then they attacked my child. This means WAR. Death to the bugs. [:-(
Hi, everybody! I âtag-saledâ my heart out today!! Gorgeous day here! Hence, my very late (for me) appearance. Shikamoo gave me very strict instructions, so NO shennanigans today!
I used the URL in nighthawks post up above. The URL is OK. Quotation Marks on the left side are in the wrong place in his post. If you delete where itâs in front of the 2 forward slashes and put it in front of the HTTP , and go on with the rest, it should be OK. Again, nothing wrong with the URL.
so, itâs: < a href = âURLâ > TITLE THAT YOU WANT < / a >
notice that the quotation marks surround the WHOLE URL!!!
I donât know how your memory is, but mine is terrible. What works for me is that I keep a copy of how this whole thing is supposed to look and itâs taped to my desk. Every time I want to post a link, I refer to it. Just remember, only one space in the whole thing, between the âaâ and the âhrefâ. That, and paying attention to the quotation marks, well, you should be all set. I hope. Donât give up. Once you get the hang of it, youâll see itâs really easy.
I kinda figured it was something like that, when it worked for either one. Seriously, I do prefer the doubles because itâs easier for me to see, and to make sure theyâre where theyâre supposed to be! BTW, glad you monitoring, because I donât want to steer anybody in the wrong direction. Thanks.
I spent the day at momâs moving things from one side of the basement to the other. She refuses to give up or thow out anything. It was a rather long and frustrating day, but it made her happy to get things where she wanted them. .Well good night all you crazy kids.

A little secret. The browser changes double quote to single ones when you use them in links etc. So use which ever you like.
