I think kids have enough trouble learning history as it is, Fergus.

Maybe Fergus has a point, GROG! Most kids love animals and stories of heroic animals. Including some true animal exploits in history lessons might step up the interest. And, after all, where would this country be without the animals that helped the pioneers push on to new frontiers?

Meanwhile, these pictures don’t prove my point, but who could resist….?

That happened to Dogsniff yesterday, I think. It happened to me briefly yesterday, but when I re-entered the site, everything returned to normal.

I spoke too soon. Now, I can’t see any comics! I can still see the comments and posted pictures, but no comics. Wonder what’s going on. It seems like a problem with the site.

Also 2 Cows & a Chicken has not updated yet today, but today ‘s update is also in my e-mail – and it’s a good one.

IMudd I got “nuthin” either! I can see the comments but no toons.

I tried A-Z and it didn’t work, but I’ll try again and see what happens. The site was acting up last night before I said goodnight. I guess they are “updating” or something, who knows?

!!!i got my comics back!happy, happy, happy!!!i’m glad they brought there dogs.i kinda like mine. : D

I had trouble getting some comics. I re-entered gocomics and now (so far) get the comics, but each set of comments is slow to load.Fergus, there is at least one book on how dog’s have influenced history.

i stepped outside this morning to put seeds out for the wild (american) birds, and i could smell the ocean.as well as puting seeds onto a feeding table off of the front deck, i spread some in the ground where there are some pavers set. when i got back into the house and looked out the window i saw a little (american) chipmunk.i shouldn’t be surprised. if you have rabbits, and trees are close by, you can have chipmunks and squirrels.happy, happy, happy!joy, joy, joy!!!

I have been able to click on the name of the comic strip above where it would normally be, and most of them are showing up

Oh sure…I go pro and now everything is all screwy. Good morning kids. Good to see it’s not just me having problems. I couldn’t even get the email to load earlier. Oh well..Fergus taking your dog to school is a great idea. Our school did that for the 3rd grade last year…..but they included all pets. Glad I wasn’t in that classroom, as the hallway was interesting enough. :-)

I was having trouble seeing the comics last night too. I found I could get comics which displayed the zoom feature to load if I clicked on the zoom icon a few times.

my cache has been clear for so long that the act of clearing it would be redundant. just the other day I was thinking “damn, I sure wish I had some cache to buy some more electronic gizmos.”

obviously, just because you HAVE electronic gizmos doesn’t necessarily mean one has a clue how to operate them.but that is unimportant. It’s not the having , it’s the wanting. The, to use a biblical term, coveting.

Well, maybe we’re getting some cooler air! Last night, at 10pm, it was still 87°. Tonight, it’s only 82° right now (9:30pm).

IMudd, most times on this site, it is a glitch on their end or they are updating something, I will agree though, that clearing your cache helps in some situations.
