Great beach pictures last night! Now, where is that beach in relation to your house? Are you right across the street from the beach? You can see the ocean from your house? You’ve probably described it all before, but my brain is a little foggy today. Well, the bottom line is that you got some R&R yesterday, and a little battery recharge, so to speak, which is good. Hope today’s a good day for you both!

I’m not sure I really want to comment on “Original CAT BURGERS”, except to say, “You may want to re-think your marketing strategy, Cuddles!”

All of this reminds me of Victory Hot Dog in Down Town Montreal on Beaver Hall. They had great hot dogs. When things began warming up in spring-time, there were line-ups to get in all the way to the corner.

When I ate there, I always had my dogs with mustard, cabbage & a sprinkling of cayenne. And the fries were awesome as well. Now when I make my own, I settle for spicy brown mustard, diced jalapeno & sauerkraut. It’s not a bad substitute.

I guess that is appropriate if it is pork. but when it is beef, it must be a “cow dog”.

By the way, I don’t like cow dogs. It’s a food of love thing. Gotta have pork fat and other pork products.
