I glad you’re doing OK, but I’m sorry to hear about your daughter-in-law and the horrible pain she’s in. I really hope she improves quickly! Hope your daughter finds employment soon, too! Jobs are few and far between nowadays, but something is sure to come her way at some point. It must be hard for you to see them struggling. They’re lucky to have you to lean on.

i was busy yesterday, so i missed all the fun.i have bin rearranging furniture to make things and places more wheelchair friendly.oh, my aching back!ma sister has found someone to come to the house and help with some things that i cant do for mom.trim toenails, help with baths, evaluate my lifting techniques, ect…its going to cost twice as much as daycare was costing, but sis said she would help pay half.and possibly help pay more later as her finances free up a bit.i figure i can afford half of a couple of hours a day, once a week.after funding from the V.A. starts coming in i will be able to foot the whole bill, and possibly for to twice a week.

I have YouTube back! Apparently, Adobe added hardware acceleration to improve video viewing, but it is not compatable with some computers (we had no problem on the main PC, only my laptop), so I followed instructions to disable it…..and all is right with the world again. OK…………carry on.

well, i don’t think i will be moving any more furniture for a while.i am SORE.between rearranging everything in moms room and the living room for the wheelchair, THEN doing it again so everything looks nice and not a cluttered up mess, and moving mom into and out of bed, chairs, and toilet, i hurt.i think i will have a lazy day tomorrow. mom will be the only lifting in my agenda.
