Now THAT was funny! I can just hear my Kitty Boy saying those very same words as he brings me, yet, another mouse or rat or bird. The funny thing is that he only brings me birds when they are alive and we have planned an escape route for them after he drops them on my desk. It’s very exciting.

And besides, if he puts them back, they’ll just be floating on top of the pond.

Well, for starters, he’s arguing with a talking cat. From there it pretty much goes downhill.

Nothing unnatural about an upright walking, talking, harpoon toting cat in this cartoon. Nor the fact that fish eyes remain open when they are dead.

(One reason I don’t like to eat whole fish in a restaurant. Who wants their dinner fixing you with an accusing eye?)

Good Afternnon Citizn’s of Dogs and peace disturbing cats.

I dealt with this Monday by sleeping until after 1:00 p.m. I haven’t felt this sick in years. I cancelled going to classes today.

I am happily ensconced on my couch with hot spicy tea and honey by my side and my laptop actually on my lap. I should do this more often.

Fellow Baby, I’m watching The Great Escape tonight.

Maybe you should take another day off tomorrow, Shika. What ever’s going around is pretty nasty.

So what is going on tonight? It looks like I’ve missed most people already.

That’s what I thought. I’ve been so busy lately that I just kept pushing myself. Not a smart thing to do. My body just went on strike.

You were gone with it a while too, weren’t you? And StelBel. My family all has had it too.

I still have some lingering traces. It just won’t go away. But I’m not as bad as I was at Christmas. StelBel, happy and I’m sure a number of others.

It hasn’t affected mt appetite anyway. Except I can’t eat sweets other than fruit or honey, Chocolate kills my throat.

I’ll be saying good night soon. Can’t say I am tired right now, but I will be soon.

You lost me with your post, Shika I don’t know Tommy Thompson’s character. Is he a TV or movie star?

Fellow Baby, I forget the exact connection, but Tommy Thompson, *Shika’s*best friend’s father was somehow involved in the Great Escape.

AND THAT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES OF ALL ABSOLUTE TIME!

Did either of you see in the news today that they found the tunnels Tom, Dick and Harry and a fourth tunnel never mentioned in the movie, named, I think, Fred?

It is truly an amazing story.

No I didn’t see that. I saw a couple of other strange news stories, but not that.

Good Night my friend Grog. I was searching for my friend’s father, but of course, got sidetracked by history.

It was an interesting story and I’ve always found him fascinating, and scary, to a little girl. He was rough and hardened, but he liked us and invited us to their cottage many times.
