What that really means is that Scuffy cannot tolerate the presence of tribalism that does not include him.

As for Cleo today, Sep. 18 2018, as Dog is my witness I am wearing a t-shirt rendering of The Howl featuring that timeless Everyman, Homer Simpson.

To howl or not to howl. That is the question.

“The Howl” is iconic, Stel. That would be a great t-shirt, never mind Homer Simpson.

Cleo better be careful or she’ll fall over that railing.

    Gosh…. hi, everybody!

    I feel like howling, myself!

I started to type here hours ago…. but I never finished…. and now I have to change it anyway.

I guess I got distracted by all the commotion…..

so many dogs, and that big melee in the street, before I got to the Tiki, to post my comment.

I saw Rusty running by with some kind of huge hoop, dragging what looked like ragged pieces of satin.

Was anybody hurt? Are you all OK?

I’m glad Fenton told you which room I reserved for us…

I see some of you are already discussing

the Sept 18th  2018 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Hope everyone has found it on Sherpa

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Cleo has quite a howling voice….

I’m sure it inspired the painter, along with her beauty, when she modeled for him.

He did at least four versions… I believe this was his favorite, but looking at Cleo, he just couldn’t stop wanting to do more.

As I heard it, Cleo got really tired of posing for it over and over….

and she was starting to get film work, and becoming more popular.

So she quit…. and the artist went on to try to re-create the scene with a human male

(not wanting to sully the work with any other female, after Cleo.)

But it just isn’t the same, is it?

Well, Stel o’ the Bel………..what can I say. When you do “eerie” you do EERIE!!!! Poor Cleo is so scared out of her wits she’s speechless! So, who does she see coming up that boardwalk that’s terrified her? Must be that mailman from yesterday seeking revenge!

I’ve seen Garfield give the same reaction when Jon threatened to put him on a diet…

I much prefer howling to screaming. This is now a favorite of mine.

As for the adventures on Ballard Street, I’m with Scuffy. What those guys are doing is unnatural.
