Life would be better if more people brought home dancing dogs.

And all I ever get are prancing frogs.

Did anyone else see the film Frankenhooker? A very bizarre, but engaging and frequently funny film.

Maybe the other competitors will try Bride of Bassetstein, kind of like when The Munsters were created to try to compete with The Addams Family.

Wow, those dancing dogs are so elegant! Are they rehearsing to be reindeer in the Ballard Street Christmas pageant? “On Scooter, on Rusty, on Ginger and Scruffy!”

to Farside99: Here I am, a day late and a dollar short, but still wishing you the happiest Birthday ever! Maybe you’re like me? I celebrate my Birthday for a whole week! If so, then I hope your Birthday Week got off to a GREAT start, and here’s wishing you many, many more!!

Karl had to bring them home, otherwise how would he convince Thelma Lou that when he said was going to see the the dancing dogs he wasn’t disparaging the ladies over at the Jiggly Room and Taxi Dance Emporium.

Darn, I had hopes that it would have been Frankenclaude. He would have scared everybody. Also, I think the owners of this place went to Canada to get in line at one of the marijuana stores. That must be why hardly anything has been updated.

    Hullo all…

Lotta trouble with my internet connection tonight…

My comics forums will “open” … but most are showing no strip images…

Hard to add anything when you can read the comments but not the strip!

I still haven’t seen Cleo, though since Nighthawks already said it’s a rerun, I can guess from the comments which one it probably is.

The Ballard Street strip on this page just popped open, as I was about to give up and go to bed.

Gosh…. I was hoping the doggies came home with Karl cos they were going to entertain us while we posted on Cleo and Company…..

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

But it sounds like it’s a strip that might scare them.

I’ll try to come back in the afternoon.. but everyone will probably be gone….sigh.

And hopefully they’ll fix this, and I’ll see you all on Thursday’s strip.

I love this story! It is always such fun to watch. Especially in the traditional b & w form. And then, ZAP in color! Frankenbasset! Can’t wait for part 2. (or a Saturday puzzle). Ja Boss!
