unfortunate chaining of animals…why is it we so often do this as Humans? Must we OWN everything? I love Ballard S. but this one bothers me…

Papawhale, no animals were harmed in the making of this comic. They are all members of the Comic Characters Union and are paid scale, with full benefits.

Nevertheless, they may get into their characters a bit too much (method actors). So I generally steer clear of this course.

    Heeere I am….

I know it’s late…. I’ve been trying to find an alternate place to post our comments on

the Oct 31st  2018 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Which, as ever, you can read on Sherpa

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

    Everything’s so crowded on Halloween….

but we can always get a table, if not a room, at the Tiki.

As for tonight’s Cleo… I love this animation.

And I want a little pony like that!

But maybe I’m losing my head.

    For some reason… this looks… very familiar….

where have I seen it recently?

    It’s … it’s quite….. puzzling.

I wish I could look at the last week or so of strips…I dunno…. side by side, or something.

And I remember there being another tree, on the right… that’s a difference….

So… off to the Tiki, to discuss it?

Sorry… cos I thought we were going to that new miniature golf course…

The owners had sent me a brochure, and a dozen free passes for our group to visit there, only good for today.

But now that I see it… I think when they say “snacks allowed”… it might not be referring to what we can bring for ourselves to eat…

It might mean bring your dogs and small children.

    And I don’t even like scary movies…

    HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Love Cleo’s horse and his unhorse-like gait! (What would Eadweard Muybridge have made of a horse like that?)
