It can be easy to miss the obvious.

I tabulate that this panel is funny on ten levels, but somebody better than myself might find more.

And you may ask yourself…how did I get here? I wouldn’t be surprised to find out David Byrne does this comic.

Personally, I am shocked that Cleo called another character a “fiendish-former-friend-from-Florida”, and in a movie for kids to boot! This must have been in her youth, when she was still trying to cultivate her “bad basset” image.

And since when are bassets two-fisted? When are they one-fisted?

Who knew that Oliver could load his AK-47 with suction cup arrows?

I really like the lamp. I’ll bet if you tickled the shade, the lamp would try to scratch itself.

Now I see that Cleo, like Oliver, has an affinity for the Plumber’s Helper.

And just what does Cleo expect to see while looking up under that lamp shade?

I keep thinking that those Christmas stockings don’t look lumpy enough. Must be because Santa hasn’t come yet and filled them with coal!

Great poster, Stel. I see that four letter word is never spoken here, either. I have never been able to say it myself. Closest I come is “oooooooooh, darn”. And I can never say P—- O—.

    Golly.

I love this poster. Really captures the movie.

I have said The Word only in my head….only when really provoked into it. If I ever say it out loud, look out..

Didn’t Cleo have a role in the human movie as well? She played one of the “smelly bu&&ers!”
