It happens between me and my manager during work :(

At least his mom keeps the fruit in the fridge. So much better.

She has too much trust on him.

That resembles me sooooooo much. My mom always does that.

I’m guilty of this one too. Usually because I answer my son before I think about it.

Conversation of my little sister and my mom: Sister: “I’m starving! Can I have something to eat?” Mom: “Yes, sure!”, walks to the kitchen and comes back with a slice of bread.. Sister: “I’m not hungry anymore!!”

This is probably the first C&H I ever truly related to as I first read them as a child. I’ve remembered it word for word, panel by panel since. (this and the one where he wonders who first milked a cow)

yea this is straight up silly. Pay close attention to scene two. I can relate to that, I usually strike a pose similar to what Calvin is doing when I “think” that I am getting what I want. Silly Calvin, little did he know that his mom would not approve of cookies. Poor bastard.

I do that all the time but don’t listen!!!! I’m so dead

Dessertitarians and their Moms have different definitions of “snack.”
