Hall of Irrational Treasures is a good one. I’ll have to pull that on my players at some point.

My level 8 ranger can do something like that. He uses a +2 bow, +1 arrows, he has bracers of archery, which add +2, +4 dexterity and an extra d8 for the second shot.
