When my sister was in high school, my parents offered her money for A’s. Out of a nice thing called fairness, they made me the same offer – despite the fact that, like Jason, I was a straight A student throughout school.
I don’t know how much my sister got, but I was sure paid a lot.

sigh I was about to ask if people really used to give stuff away… then I was reminded I am old too :(… I was talking to a teen and mentioned CDs and she asked me what a CD player was…
