A pile of baloney on rye could apply to any politician. Why only name it after one of them?

Yes, but make sure the Snowe is driven… . very far, like maybe the Saraha, where they don’t have any snow.

more like pure as the driven slush. That doesn’t drift but it manages to contaminate everything it touches

There are several hundred million who won’t be covered, so the snow-bull bill is still a fat lie as are all those behind it. Nuff said!

Just call it the Senator Sandwich. The Yellow Snowe is the free drink that comes with it as a combo meal. …or maybe the drink is kinda pink-o…

Yeah, someone who likes BULLoney would probably also like a government mandated health system that is rife with opportunities for graft, waste, HUGE bureaucracy, fraud, and Big Brother dictating your every moment. IT’S ONLY GOING TO MAKE THE PRESENT PROBLEMS EXPONENTIALLY WORSE BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT DOESN’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO MANAGE HEALTH CARE!! The job of Government is to protect the people from enemies without and within - THAT’S IT!

The sandwich is undoubtedly named after the local Senator for the same reasons local freeways are often named after local public figures. Gotta have a monument to them somewhere. :)

Come to think of it, since baloney (bologna) is typically made from both beef (there’s the “bull”) and pork (another side of politics), it’s a very apt meat for the sandwich.

In Sherman’s Lagoon we find something similar in the archives. Sherman (the great white shark) was hired as a hit man and his first victim was a politician. His geeky fish friend asked him afterward what “politician” tasted like. A hint of elephant? A dash of donkey? “Mostly baloney,” answered Sherman. :)
