Humidity: what heat uses for an excuse.
And if it’s cold, the excuse is the wind…
“Cool today, hot tamale”.
“When it rains, it pours”
“There’s a big front coming in tonight, and there’s a big behind comin’ thru tomorrow - when the wife wakes up in the morning”.
“It’ll be so hot today, you could fry my brains on the sidewalk - for a snack, of course”………
Forecast for our local area: Hazy, hot and humid with chance of afternoon and evening thundershowers.
Repeat daily from now until end of September (unless we get a hurricane).
Today: Partly sunny, with a high near 78. Calm wind becoming east between 6 and 9 mph.
Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 51. Southeast wind between 7 and 10 mph.
See, West Dakota isn’t always 40 below! Nor always 95 above either. Sometimes Spring comes on a weekend.
Well, now we what it would have been like if Rodney Dangerfield did the weather.
Don’t have to worry about heat (outside, at least) here, either. Dang global warming.
