I love leftover trukey sammiches.
Not to forget; Turkey Soup, Turkey and gravy over waffles,T-B-L-T Hogies [thats a BLT WITH turkey].
Given the forecast, they’re going to all be snowed in together and the turkey will barely last 2 days…
When we would get turkey we always got a big one so there would be plenty for leftovers. We stopped getting turkey because there’s too much dark meat and we don’t like it so it went to waste.
You can always freeze some of it Tess.
I am impressed by the moms willingness to carry around a 30lb frozen bird. I would leave it in the car and make my husband go get it!
