How about a change of locks?

Get rid of them. Shoot them if necessary, but get rid of them

When they’re halfway down the driveway…LOCK ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS!!!

Just quickly change the locks; then drop their packed luggage from an upstairs window. In all honesty wanting them gone and actually being able to do something about it are two entirely different things. Maybe on weekends Cathy & Irving could drop them off at a mall somewhere. I seem to see plenty of people in similar circumstances, parked at the few benches/tables at our local mall; day in & day out. I think it is an “adult daycare” for some people.

Some workout program. Walk up and down the driveway once and have a snack when you get back. At least make it yourself and stop trying to turn Cathy into your maid.
