I doubt the hop-scotch police are going to come after you if you just keep going.

Fondly look back on your youth and remember all the good times you had playing a simple game that you played outside and did not put your parents into hock.

Tigressy, are you changing times around this time in Munich? What about our other pals in Europe or points west?

It’s a sudoku puzzle. You have to fill in the middle square before you can pass.

Pierce Broshound was a much better choice for this role than for any of the 007 movies.

Pierce looks very much like a Basset around Town. Or a BBOC, if he was a little younger.

    I confess… I didn’t know Pierce Broshound had made this picture….

subject of StelBel’s poster in the November 5th 2019 “Cleo and Company”, on Sherpa.

When I first saw him years ago on BTVN (Basset TV Network) as detective Remingdog Steele… as I said to Farside, above…

I thought wow, some day this dog should play James Hound.

And years later, he did. But alas… it wasn’t great, and didn’t last. He totally chewed the scenery.

I wondered whether this film had been made in a human version,

and I found that indeed, it has….

    it’s called November Man.

I couldn’t find a poster just like Stel’s… and in fact all the ones I found were partly in other languages…

    I wonder why.

This one looks a little like Stel’s:

I found another with all the taglines… but a totally different image.

It’s late, and I can’t find a copy that will post properly.

The only other thing I can say about both The November Basset and The November Man is…

    I’ve never heard of them.

    Sorry…

It’s uncanny how the human resembles the basset in this poster.

I, too never heard of this movie. I guess I just don’t travel the more recent action movie circuit. Now, those original James Hound movies are something else. Good action, good stories. Great poster, Stel. Love the Basset!

    Thanks everybody!

I actually did see the movie, but it wasn’t very memorable…in fact, I don’t remember much of it at all. It may have gone straight to video. But, of course, any movie with Pierce Broshound is worth watching, in my book.
